A female miner has been injured at Xstrata’s Mount Isa Mines operations.
The incident occurred early yesterday morning, after a water truck rolled on its side, according to the North West Star.
Emergency response units were called quickly to site.
The worker was transported to Mount Isa Hospital, and remains in a stable condition.
