Barrick improves EoM reconciliation through autonomous LiDAR tech

Barrick Gold has changed its end-of-month (EoM) reconciliation process at the Kibali gold mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Bulyanhulu mine in Africa.

Shadowless, uniform and high-resolution data is now available for geotechs, mining engineers and geologists.

They’ve removed people from void edges and have significantly sped up data collection.
