Victorian Govt grants exploration

THE Victorian Government has granted $375,000 to six projects in Victoria.

The grants will fund exploration projects looking for gold copper and nickel.

According to the Victorian government, the grants were given under the Rediscover Victoria Drilling project and match the funds invested by the exploration companies.

The grant recipients were Highland Resources ($69,500), Penshurst Resources ($97,500), Peter Forwood and John Forwood ($29,105), North Ballarat ($40,000), Beaconsfield Gold Mines ($80,000) and Dart Mining NL ($59,194).
