Rubicon Resources has entered into a joint venture with Integra Mining over its Mt Monger and Wattle Dam sub-project tenements.
The tenements comprise around 325 km2 at the southern end of the Yindarlgooda project, 60 km south-east of Kalgoorlie.
Under the terms of the agreement, Integra may spend $1.5 million over three years to earn a 51% interest in the tenements.
Integra must also spend a minimum $250,000 on direct drilling costs within twelve months before withdrawal.
