RTS is back and better than ever

The Resources Technology Showcase (RTS) will return to Perth on August 2–4 and is packed with more technology than ever before.

Held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, RTS will treat attendees to mind-blowing augmented reality, robotics, new mining game apps and remote operating systems.

This free event is suited to all ages, showcasing the innovations that the mining, resources, defence and space sectors have to offer.

WesTrac will be exhibiting its large-scale Cat mining and construction machinery, while TED-talk-style seminars will detail the innovations that WA’s resources, space and defence industries are so well known for.

Among the exhibition will be keynote speakers from some of the most well-known companies in the industry, including Hancock Prospect chief executive officer group operations Gerhard Veldsman and BHP WA iron ore asset president Brandon Craig.

Government bodies will also be well represented, with Federal Minister for Resources Madeleine King and WA Premier Mark McGowan signing on as keynote speakers.

Minerals Resources (MinRes) managing director Chris Ellison and Rio Tinto chief executive iron ore Simon Trott will also be in attendance.

RTS is encouraging anyone in the mining and resources sector to attend, including executives, consultants, investors, financiers and leaders.
