Sperian have released the Huntsman Rescue Kits for rescue and retrieval operations.
The compact rescue kit contains 8mm Kernmantle rope and compact blocks and features a block and tackle design with a ratio of 4.1 or 5.1 for easier recovery.
To allow rescuers to hook onto the suspended worker’s fall arrest D-ring during rescues, the kit also includes a rigid telescope pole which can extended to a maximum length of 3.6 metres.
The kit also contains triple acting karabiners and two tie off connectors with a carry bag for the entire kit.
