Kleenman launches mobile impact crushers

Kleenman has released the EVO generation MR110 and MR130 plants.

The crushers have been designed to ensure there is no restriction to the flow of material throughout the entire plant.

The discharge chute under the crusher is 100mm wider than the inner width of the crusher discharge belt which comes after, and is an additional 100mm wider than the chute.

This allows material to be transported efficiently away from critical areas under the crusher, increasing flow rate and reducing wear.

The system also features wider feeder troughs and grizzly, allowing for smoother transportation of material through the opening of the crusher.

The EVO generation plants’ double decker grizzly itself has improved vibration behaviour.

A crusher also features a new inlet geometry allowing for better penetration of the material into the range of the rotor.

The wear behaviour of the C-form rotor ledges allows the edges to stay shaper for longer.

These rotor ledges are held in place by a user friendly clamping system, which facilitates quick and easy changing.

The crushing gap is fully hydraulic, allowing operator to adjust the gap via an electronic control unit and for the calculation of the zero point while the rotor is running.

By manually opening the crusher and positioning rotor, impact toggles are made redundant.

A new control system and screening unit are also majors feature of the plant.

Able to be quickly assembled and disassemble, the screening unit is significantly larger, an increase of 44% in the case of the MR 110 EVO.
