New oil care standards

Hengst has released an oil centrifuge designed to maximise oil care processes.

This new technology works by dividing the volume of oil flow between the drive unit of a high-speed centrifuge and an integrated dirt chamber.

The Hengst centrifuge has a high dirt storage capacity, combined with light weight, low installation space and oil volume requirements.

The system is easy to use and environmentally-friendly, as the dirt chamber can be completely incinerated. Clean oil retains its lubricating ability with the associated positive effects on fuel consumption, wear and service life, thus effectively contributing to reducing overall costs.

This benefits heavy duty engines in all areas of construction, mining and rail applications.

This also applies particularly to hydraulic applications.

In addition to the centrifuge module, the Hengst Engine Care System also provides a coolant service system, a fuel filter module, and mechanical and electrical oil mist separators for crankcase ventilation of internal combustion engines.
