New digital network

Gencom will focus on its new digital network on Stand 2168 at the 2009 NSW Mining & Energy (M&E) exhibition at the Muswellbrook Showground from September 22-24.

According to the company, the network offers digital network coverage from the New South Wales central coast and up through the Hunter Valley.

A recent addition to Gencom’s suite of analogue radio repeater towers, the digital network offered advantages with its range, coverage, safety, audio clarity and security features, Gencom said.

The latest generation of two-way digital equipment, including that from Kenwood, Icom, Simoco, Tait and GME, will also feature on the Gencom stand.

Also featured at Gencom’s display will be satellite vehicle tracking equipment that, according to the company, allows businesses to track their assets as well as manage efficient dispatch, estimated times of arrival, speed, fatigue and servicing.

Gencom will also show audio accessories for radio communication and battery charging and managing tools at M&E.
