mySmart releases enGauge system to assist in lowering energy use

mySmart says its enGauge system is an ‘interactive behavioural change display’ that can provides the energy usage and target information to help reduce utility consumption.

According to a study by the South Australian Government, behaviour change can reduce energy use by up to 30%.

The system is designed to display current, historical and target energy, gas, water and waste usage in a variety of public spaces, like offices and foyers.

The company says live electricity, gas and water meter information is transmitted off-site to the mySmart server where it’s converted to an easy to understand format and sent back to the display.

According to mySmart, clients can input waste data, customise messages and choose the icons and graph types to display the information.
