ICP Electronics Australia has released the IOVU-430M industrial grade multi-touch panel PC with a 4.3” widescreen WQVGA projected-capacitor touch screen.
The IOVU-430M is powered by XScale RISC-based CPU and Windows CE 5.0.
According to the company, the computer uses an open architecture for system integrators and application developers to invent any type of user interface and application software.
ICP Electronics Australia says the IOVU-430M multi-touch operating terminal is IP-65 compliant and provides a whole plane projected-capacitor multi-touch function.
The user can use more than one finger at a time to scroll the content, resize the window and rotate the pictures.
The company says the unit has a plastic housing, fanless operation and a wide operating temperature.
