EXAIR releases Summing Remote Displays for Digital Flowmeters

EXAIR has released a Summing Remote Display for its Digital Flowmeters, which can monitor compressed air consumption from a “convenient location.”

The display can cycle between current air consumption, usage for the previous 24 hours and total cumulative usage with a push button.

According to the company, regular monitoring of the air usage makes it possible to save thousands of dollars per year in compressed air waste by identifying costly leaks or inefficient air products.

The Digital Flowmeter has a four-digit LED display that directly indicates the standard cubic feet per minute or cubic metres per hour of airflow through the pipe it is mounted to.

The Summing Remote Display shows flow measurement, the daily and cumulative usage and can be used when the Digital Flowmeter is in an obscure, hard to read location.

The accuracy of the displayed measurement is within 5% of the reading when the air temperature is 4ºC to 49ºC and air pressure is between 30 and 140 PSIG.

The manufacturer says the unit is compliant with the CE and RoHS standards.
