Available in motorised and idler rail bogie configurations, the roller beds are gritblasted and coated with abrasion resistant two pack polyurethane.
Designed for harsh conditions, the beds feature oversized bearing, and high load polyurethane tyres for wear resistance.
A smooth rotation is provided by a double worm gear arrangement which is house in a cast steel gearbox.
The roller beds utilise solid state inverter technology and come in a range of different sizes.
Conventional roller beds can take working loads of up to 60 tonnes per section.
Turning capacities of seven to 250 tonnes and turning speeds of 130-1300 mm per minute are available.
