Donaldson Australia has unveiled its gasket for quick release dust cups.
The upgrade gasket snap fits onto the body of the cup and replaces the standard sponge gasket that typically deteriorates and often becomes dislodged in service.
Designed so that they do not suffer the common wear and tear problems, they suffer no shrinkage, with the durometer of the gasket remaining consistent and remained in position during its testing on a drill rig at an open cut coal mine.
The gasket ensures there is no backflow of air between the trapdoor and cup.
