PNG Expo continues its 2026 buildup

The momentum continues to build. As the regional mining industry closes in on the end of 2025, all eyes are on the new year calendar, and new opportunities to network, build partnerships, and close deals.

The chance to do this with the resource-rich and rapidly growing Papua New Guinea (PNG) mining sector is rare, but the PNG Industrial and Mining Resources Exhibition and Conference (PNG Expo) offers exactly that.

The exhibition and conference plays a key role in regional industry growth, with the 2026 iteration already shaping up to the be the most significant edition yet.

Scheduled for Port Moresby over July 1-2 next year, PNG Expo 2026 brings an expanded floor plan and will be looking to build even further on the record-breaking attendance of the 2025 conference.

Key players including Sandvik, Metso, Blackwoods, TriCab, Lincom Group and more are already locked in to be a part of the event.

Prime Creative Media show director – mining events Rebecca Todesco said PNG Expo represented a rare chance to bring the broader mining industry in PNG together in one place. The connections and potential deals are invaluable to every stakeholder.

“This is your opportunity to get your business in front of the right people, in the right market, at the right time,” she said. “We’re not just hosting an event; we’re bringing the industry to you.”

Todesco urged delegates and exhibitors to get in early and secure their positions at the premier event bringing together all sectors of the industrial, mining, and resources industries,

“Papua New Guinea is moving – don’t wait to get on board,” she said.

PNG Expo 2026 will be held at the Stanley Hotel & Suites in Port Moresby from July 1–2, 2026.
