The West Australian Mining Club is a not-for-profit organisation formed in 1972 to better connect the WA mining industry and its activities involve providing educational sponsorships for mining and resource students, facilitating networking events and delivering educational industry presentations.

In December last year, the WA Mining Club facilitated the Miner’s Memorial Service and Bench Dedication Remembrance Ceremony to honour the lives lost in the mining industry.

The annual fundraising raffle raised over $14 000, with proceeds going to the Royal Flying Doctor Service and the WA School of Mines.

This years March luncheon, on 25 March, is expected to be a sell-out event.
