Vortex signs pipe technology agreement

Vortex Pipes has signed a technology NDA with US based
Kelley Group over its ShieldLiner technology use and distribution in the US.

Brett Matich, Vortex’s director, stated that “the signing of
an NDA with such a reputable party is a milestone even for our company”.

According to Vortex, under the agreement Kelley will be
unable to work with any other trenchless pipeline technologies companies for
the next two years.

“It further validates the quality of our unique, cutting-edge
trenchless pipeline rehabilitation technology and the commercial potential it
holds in the US and around the world.

“Our strategy for commercial roll-out is to penetrate key
target markets via strategic distribution partners who are well established in
the region. In terms of roll-out out the ShieldLiner technology into the US
market, this agreement with the Kelly Group is a significant step forward,”
Matich said.
