Single and multi-point lubricators keeping industrial machinery in peak condition

Machine performance in any industrial environment depends on the resilience of system components to stand up to continuous operation in rigorous conditions. Lubrication is a key element in ensuring peak machine performance by preventing premature component failure. Correct lubrication of machine parts will reduce friction and consequent wear, prevent temperature build-up, and minimise corrosion and contamination.

Lubrication equipment specialist Alemlube is continuously focussed on new approaches and solutions to address key challenges faced by industries in maximising machine performance. To ensure machine lubrication at optimum levels without inconsistencies or wastage, the Australian owned company has introduced IECEx/ATEX certified single point and multi-point lubricators that deliver several advantages in industrial applications including in hazardous environments.

Especially recommended for use in machinery installed in manufacturing and process industries, mines and quarries, and water and wastewater treatment plants, the Pulsarlube single and multi-point lubricators from Alemlube combine an innovative user-friendly design with reliable, safe and cost-effective operation for assured outcomes in machine performance. The lubricators automatically dispense precise quantities of lubricant to machinery components at pre-programmed intervals, ensuring constant, accurate and predictable lubricant supply while saving on labour costs and minimising equipment downtime.

Pulsarlube single and multi-point lubricators (via a progressive divider block) are proven to offer maintenance-free operation, can be connected to PLCs, and deliver economical service with the use of replaceable grease pouches and battery packs.

Pulsarlube E Series lubricators

The Pulsarlube E Series is designed to replace conventional gas type SPL units and is based on the proven technology of electrochemical reaction, which generates inert nitrogen gas through the systematic use of an electrolyte and electrical energy. A unique and intuitive mode selecting mechanism ensures error-free and simple operation.

Pulsarlube E Series lubricators are easy to install without using tools. Designed to resist temperature variation that ensures volume and amount of gas remain constant, the E Series allows easy adjustment of the dispensing interval during operation.

Pulsarlube M Series lubricators

The Pulsarlube M Series is an electromechanical automatic grease lubricator designed as a more reliable, cost-effective and user-friendly alternative to conventional gas type automatic grease lubricators. Featuring a vertical self-priming pump, an advanced microprocessor-based control system, and a large built-in LCD display, Pulsarlube M lubricators are recommended for applications where considerable back pressure exists in lube lines, precise lubrication is required, or a disposable gas type lubricator is not economical.

Pulsarlube M Series lubricators can pump grease up to 60 bar without being impacted by temperature or bearing back pressure; are refillable and reusable using service packs; offer a choice of 60, 125, 250 and 500cc capacities; and allow mounting up to 6m away from the bearing, supplying up to 8pts via a progressive divider block.

Pulsarlube Mi-Vibration Series lubricators

Pulsarlube Mi-Vibration Series is an intelligent line of machine synchronised single point lubricators designed to dispense fresh lubricant in the desired quantity only when vibration is detected on the installed application. The Mi-Vibration Series automatic grease lubricator uses a piezoelectric vibration sensor to detect the operation of industrial rotational machinery, otherwise remaining in standby mode to avoid the problems of over-lubrication and wastage.

The transparent reservoir of the fully automated lube system allows visual inspection of the remaining lubricant.
