Queensland floods seen from space

Looking down from outer-space, a Canadian astronaut has captured the Queensland floods from a different perspective.

Staying up late last night Chris Hadfeild took photos of the floods while the International Space Station was passing over Queensland.

He shared his images with the world via social networking site Twitter.
