The managing director of Nomad Building Solutions, Michael Bourke, has quit the company.
According to chairman Peter Abery, Bourke announced yesterday that he was resigning his position and leaving the company immediately.
No reason was given for Bourke’s resignation.
Bourke has been with Nomad since October 2010.
Nomad has already begun searching for a new MD.
In the meantime David Franklyn, a non-executive director, will step into the role as acting executive director.
Nomad provides remote mining village accommodation.
It has a market cap of around $36 million.
