Newcastle Harbour shut

Newcastle Harbour has been shut as an investigation is carried out on an oil slick found near the Kooragang coal loader.

Newcastle Harbour has been shut as an investigation is carried out on an oil slick found near the Kooragang coal loader.
The slick is currently contained.
Booms have been set up around the slick, and a second boom has been erected running from Crown Plaza to Dyke Point, according to the Newcastle Herald.
Investigations are being undertaken by the Newcastle Port Authority.
