New range of designs for portable screens released

Superior Industries have launched a new set of standard designs for its portable processing plants including a Guardian Screen Plant, Twin Screw Wash Plant, and Aggre-dry Wash Plant.

They feature new elements designed to speed setup and improve processing efficiency.

The Guardian horizontal screen features bottle-jack lifting points for spring replacement, fully enclosed belt guards with integrated tensioning systems, and hinged access doors on side plates.

The Aggre-Dry Washer is designed to integrate a fine material washer and dewatering screen into a single component. Sand processed through this technology has a moisture content of eight per cent. The product requires no drying time.

Level Assist levels a plant once the machinery is raised to a desired height and the Centering Hopper folds into position during operation, allowing material to spread uniformly across the full screen deck and maximising screening potential through proper feed.

The Tilting Motor Base rotates to a travel position, enabling owners and operators to transport the plant without having to remove the motor; saving time during set up or dismantling.
