The Queensland Government has announced four new areas for mineral exploration.

The Queensland Government has announced four new areas for mineral exploration.

The Government accepted Exploration Permits for the areas 350 km south of Mount Isa that cover a total of about 1600 square kilometres.

A preliminary review of new geophysical data from these restricted areas identified several prominent geophysical anomalies which could warrant further investigation.
