MinRes wins Kwinana port space

Kwinana Port

Mineral Resources has secured export space at Western Australia’s Kwinana port.
Following a series of negotiations, the WA Government and Kwinana’s operator Fremantle Ports have agreed to allow MinRes an annual exporting capacity of four million tonnes, according to The West.
The miner will use the space for its Carina iron ore project, located in the Yilgarn region.
It beat out fellow junior Cazaly Resources, which was aiming to use the port allocation for its Parker Range project.
