Magellan Metals is still waiting for clearance to once more begin exporting lead from its Wiluna mine.
The miner says it has not yet received clearance from the Environment Minister to transport the lead to Fremantle port.
Earlier this month, the miner as banned from exporting lead after trace particles were found outside of sealed bags in which it is transported.
However, laboratory tests confirmed that lead levels did not exceed the baseline of 20 micrograms of lead per cubic metre.
The miner stated that it provided the test information to the Government by its deadline yesterday.
The Environmental Protection Agency has stated that its export ban on Magellan will not be lifted until its test results have been independently verified.
In the mean time, Magellan has ceased work at Wiluna and stood down 70 employees with pay.
