MACA has been awarded the contract to build an access road between Rio Tinto's Brockman 2 and Brockman 4 iron ore mines.
The works in the Pilbara began in August this year, and will be operated in a joint venture with local Indigenous contracting business GLH, and run for approximately six months.
The value of the initial contract is worth around $13 million.
Speaking on the win, MACA managing director Chris Tuckwell said "we are delighted to have been awarded [the] civil works contract with Rio Tinto".
