Australian zinc miner Kagara has extended its voluntary administration period.
The administrators have sought an extension to the convening period.
This extension of the period will allow the administrators more time to progress the sale/restructure process.
As a result of this relief granted by ASIC, the company can defer its financial reporting obligations until next year, and will also push back its AGM until 30 April 2013.
The group initially entered administration in April.
