Monroe Engineering Services has announced its support of the 5th Annual Australian Mining Prospect Awards as sponsor of the inaugural Australian Mining Employer of Choice category.

People Intelligence has announced its support of the 5th Annual Australian Mining Prospect Awards as sponsor of the inaugural Australian Mining Employer of Choice category.

Entrants for the Australian Mining Employer of Choice Award should outline how a mine has successfully attracted, trained and retained staff through innovative and unique strategies that promote the company as an employer of choice.

Applications should include a succinct description of achievement; and methods, technology or techniques used and how.

Entries must be received no later than 27 June 2008 to meet judging and production deadlines.

A nomination or entry can be submitted by mine personnel, or any mining company/contractor associated with the Australian mining industry.

Entry in the Australian Mining Prospect Awards is FREE.

Each entry must include: a nomination cover form that can be downloaded from the Australian Mining website www.miningaustralia.com.au, or requested via email to ozmining@reedbusiness.com.au.

The Australian Mining Prospect Awards aim to encourage, recognise and reward excellence in the Australian mining industry.

The 2008 awards will highlight companies within the industry that have shown innovation, and excellence across 14 categories.

Nominating your company or a person in your company is a great way to recognise and reward superior performance.

In addition, if your entry becomes a finalist and/or winner, you’ll benefit from the publicity received in Australian Mining.

You can also use the Australian Mining Prospect Awards logo in your advertising, trade show graphics, packaging, product literature, on your website, etc. An entry in the Australian Mining Prospect Awards can get your company the recognition it deserves.
