Gold miner steps ahead

A1 Minerals is one step closer to gold production at its BrightStar Project in WA.

A1 Minerals is one step closer to gold production at its BrightStar Project in WA after signing a $1.7M contract for the construction of its treatment plant.

The contract will involve the refurbishment and reconstruction of the BrightStar Treatment Plant and enable production to get underway at the site.

CPC Engineering has already started work on the project, which is expected to be completed and commissioned by late October 2009.

Although mining approvals have not been finalised, the company expects to reach production before the end of the year.
