Gladstone locals asked to have their say on energy projects

Gladstone residents have been asked to participate in a survey aimed at identifying the effects of gas and coal projects on the region.

As part of research being conducted by the Australian National University and the CSIRO, Gladstone community members can have their say on how the Queensland’s gas boom has impacted them.

The survey asks questions about the community, the LNG boom and Gladstone Harbour and answers will be used as part of a PhD research.

Questions include how long residents have lived in the area, how close they live to energy projects and where they work.
