Forge has won a $70 million contract to build fuel infrastructure for Rio Tinto's Pilbara iron ore mines.
Working through its subsidiary Cimeco, it will design and construct fuel infrastructure at Rio's West Angelas and Brockman iron ore mines.
David Simpson, Forge's CEO, said the 12 month contract adds to a number of major projects it has won with Rio.
Earlier this month it won a $280 million contract to deliver power to Rio's projects in the Pilbara.
"This fuel infrastructure project encompasses engineering, procurement, and construction services, and will utilise the full suite of disciplines within the Cimeco business, including civil and concrete, structural, mechanical and piping, as well as electrical and instrumentation work," Simpson said.
