SPRAY Nozzle Engineering has launched a series of dust control nozzles that suppress dust in air-handling ducts, conveyer transfer points, dump pits and loading hoppers.
The spiral nozzles come in a range of flow rates and spray angles and can utilise dirty water due to its low-clog design.
No internal parts ensure the nozzle provides clog-resistant performance with high energy efficiency.
According to the company, the nozzle ensures atomization via high discharge velocity through either full or hollow spiral cones.
The nozzle has a spray angle of 50° to 180° and a flow rate of 2.26 — 10,700 litres/minute.
The male connection comes as standard, with the female connection available upon request.
