Bradken appoints new acting CEO

Phil Arnall has stepped into the acting CEO role at Bradken after Brian Hodges stepped down from the position.

Hodges announced he was resigning from the company late last month.

It came only months after the embattled manufacturer saw merger discussions with Chilean industrial group Sigdo Koppers collapse, which followed a dropping share price amidst ongoing market volatility, and a full year loss of more than $241 million.

Arnall will now head the company until a suitable replacement for Hodges is found.
