Ausenco chairman resigns

Wayne Goss, Ausenco's chairman, has resigned effective today.

Goss has been the head of Ausenco since 2002, and led the business from a company with 150 people and revenues of $30 million to a business with more than 33000 people and more than $600 million in revenues.

George Lloyd will step in to the vacant position.

Ausenco managing director Zimi Meka thanked Goss for his service at the company.
