Alemlube offers serious workshop fitouts with Ravaglioli lifting gear

Alemlube is Australia’s leading supplier of lubrication and workshop equipment and for over 20 years has also been providing turnkey workshop solutions to the mining, contractor, automotive and transport industries.

Alemlube offers an extensive range of Australian-compliant lifting equipment from Ravaglioli, the world’s foremost garage equipment manufacturer, suitable for heavy commercial applications.

These include column lifts (8.5, 7 and 5.5 tonnes), four post hoists (24, 20, 14, 12 and 8 tonnes), and jacking beams (pneumatically & manually operated).

Alemlube is one of the only companies to have support for its own product range with its own qualified technicians. Other companies in this field are reliant on external contractors.

A prime example of Alemlube’s capabilities is the work undertaken in supplying equipment and fitting out one of its largest workshop fitouts at the WesTrac CAT facility in Tomago near Newcastle, NSW.

The WesTrac facility is the biggest CAT dealer workshop in the southern hemisphere and has 5 separate workshop buildings spread over the 23 hectare site.

The storage, pumping, reticulation, filtration, dispensing and monitoring system that was designed and installed by Alemlube dispenses 10 different oils plus coolant and diesel through 170 heavy duty hose reels hung from 30 gantries situated across the 5 workshops.

Every oil dispensing point is monitored and fully integrated with the WesTrac Management system using a state-of-the-art oil monitoring system supplied and installed by Alemlube. This oil monitoring system in use at the WesTrac site is one of the biggest monitoring systems currently in use globally.

The oil is stored in tanks ranging from 1,000 litres to 12,000 litres, all with tank monitoring systems integrated into the system. After being filtered to stringent CAT 5 star specifications, the oil is pumped by high capacity Alemite USA pumps through 9 kilometres of stainless steel pipework, specified and installed by the Alemlube technical fitters team, to the dispensing points. Waste oil is extracted from every building and pumped back to a central waste facility.

No matter what size of workshop or scope of works required, the combination of first class equipment manufactured and supplied by the world’s foremost manufacturers, and the professional Alemlube team, has delivered success time and time again.

Furthermore, you’ll enjoy the advantages of Alemlube’s national installation, service and support network, coupled to an extensive spare parts and accessories inventory.

This Alemlube team provides unequalled product service to make sure you enjoy your quality product.

Premium design, premium equipment, premium results.
