Monadelphous has been awarded three gas contracts worth $250 million by Australia Pacific LNG.
The three projects are for the construction of upstream gas processing and compression facilities associated with APLNG's coal seam gas to LNG project in Queensland.
The largest is for the upstream gas processing facility that will process gas from the project's gathering network for delivery to its main pipeline.
The other two contracts consist of the installation of a pipeline compression facility and an interconnect facility, for the transfer and metering of gas between networks.
Work is scheduled for completion and first delivery of LNG mid-next year.
Monadelphous managing director Rob Velletri stated the company is "extremely pleased to be working with Australia Pacific LNG on this significant coal seam gas project in Queensland".
This latest contract comes just a month after Monadelphous secured a $680 million contract for mechanical works at the Icthys LNG plant.
