Moreton Resources has awarded Macmahon the mining contract for the South Burnett project.
Macmahon will partner with Morteon subsidiary Taron Basin Coal to develop the project.
“The intention of the board is to now enter a formal alliance arrangement with Macmahon to provide mining services over the first five years of the South Burnett project,” Morteon Resources said in a company statement.
No valuation was given for the agreement.
