A PNEUMATIC equipment manufacturer has introduced a new series of linear actuators.
The actuators combine high performance worm gear screw jacks and electromechanical screw rams.
The actuators can be used as an individual drive, and in multi-screw lifting systems.
The linear actuators are available in two transmission stages.
They operate with lifting speeds of 0.025 m/min and 10m/min, depending on load, duty cycle, and screw design. The product takes over the shaft/thrust tube system which protects the shaft from fouling.
The system is self-supporting, and the screw has a solid guide system, so there is no need for a separate screw guide.
The series is available in sizes actuator 25, actuator 50, and actuator 100, with a maximum tensile/compressive force of 25 kN, 50 kN, and 100 kN.
