K2fly will implement its ground disturbance solution at the Roy Hill mine in the Pilbara for a term of five years.
The total contract value is estimated to be $2 million, with an annual recurring revenue of $300,000.
The ground disturbance solution will help Roy Hill to submit permits and rehabilitation commitments, while tracking the approval process.
K2fly chief executive officer Nic Pollok said the company was happy to be furthering its partnership with Roy Hill.
“This agreement firmly establishes K2fly as the leading supplier of natural resource governance solutions in the Pilbara region of Western Australia,” Pollok said.
“Our commercial off the Shelf (COTS) ground disturbance solution is unique globally and supports mining companies
to protect their license to operate in an increasingly regulated sector of the market.
“We are really pleased to expand our partnership with Roy Hill and look forward to another successful project together.”
K2fly recently extended an agreement to supply the same solution to BHP.
The three-year contract with BHP has a total contract value of $1.99 million and annual recurring revenue of $664,000.
“We are delighted to extend our contract into a three year term with another global tier 1 client,” Pollok said at the time.
