Fox updates Radio Hill activity

FOX Resources has detected off-hole anomalies during exploration updates at its Radio Hill project in Western Australia.

The Pilbara-based miner has now completed a drilling program to target higher grade mineralised zones and increase resources at Radio Hill to three million tonnes.

The anomalies will be modelled to determine if the sources represent new targets.

Four of the five drill holes have been geologically logged and sampled, with assays to be released in the near future.

The Radio Hill project was placed on care and maintenance in late 2008 after adverse nickel prices made the operation unprofitable.

Fox is aiming to resume concentrate production at the site and develop the project as a higher-tonnage nickel operation by late 2009, subject to market conditions.
