HITACHI has released a hydraulic excavator with environmentally friendly ISO 14001 Certification.
The excavator is lead free and has a low-noise design, with exhaust partly re-combusted to reduce particle output and lower nitrogen oxide levels.
An integrated muffler system suppresses engine noise, and more than 97% of the product can be recycled, with all resin parts marked for easy recycling.
The product features an aluminum radiator and oil cooler, and all wires are lead-free.
Biodegradable hydraulic oil is available for jobsites where environmental consideration is paramount.
The excavator includes a reinforced cab and shut-off mechanism for engine and pilot controls.
