Susan Warby has replaced longstanding Dingo chief executive officer Paul Higgins.
Warby will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the software company and report to the board of directors.
Previously employed at enterprise software company SAI Global before taking on her new role at Dingo, Warby has also worked at other large companies such as News Corp and Caltex.
Higgins will retain a position at Dingo as executive chairman of the board and will work closely with Warby. Higgins served as Dingo’s CEO for over 25 years.
“Susan brings a fresh perspective and deep commercial experience that will fuel future growth,” Higgins said. “I’m looking forward to partnering with Susan in the next phase of our company’s journey.”
Warby said she was “excited and honoured” to be leading Dingo forward.
“The need to garner insights from the vast array of data in our connected world has never been greater and I look forward to helping our customers harness this power,” she said.
Founded in 1991, Dingo is primarily known for its expertise in the fields of predictive maintenance software and asset health solutions.
The company is involved in over 250 operations globally, including many major mining operators such as Anglo American, Glencore, Newmont, BHP, Fortescue and Teck.
