ON Wednesday, 4 July Australian Mining posted an article titled Boomlift kills rigger in Pilbara reporting that a rigger had been killed while working on the Camp Lambert Upgrade. This was incorrect; the fatality did not occur at Cape Lambert, or at any Rio Tinto Iron Ore operation. The incident occurred on an industrial site in Port Hedland. Australian Mining apologises for the error.
