Austin Engineering has signed a joint venture with plant repair and maintenance company BK Plant Repairs and Maintenance.
The joint venture will see BK and Austin provide clients services both on and off-site, including design, engineering, product manufacture, component rebuild and complete repair and maintenance services, including mechanical and electrical services.
Austin Engineering’s executive general manager Eastern Australia, Tim Ekert, said the joint venture allows Austin to expand its capabilities in the Hunter Valley.
“More than a sub-contractor arrangement, this formal joint venture provides clients with access to a new viable and reliable full-service entity,” Ekert said.
“The strong safety focus of both companies means we are a good fit to safely deliver clients high quality and effective solutions tailored to their unique applications,” BK Plant Repairs and Maintenance’s managing director Ben Kropp said
The joint venture has officially commenced with the provision of full-service solutions available now.
